Join our Customer Success team working as a Customer Success Manager.


The Customer Success Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to new customer signups, strong renewals and growth opportunities.

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging XOVI/cPanelSEO effectively and finding value in our services
  • Become an expert in XOVI/cPanelSEO and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products and services
  • Work closely with Sales and Product Development teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests and defects to Product Development
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account signups, account renewal, and account growth
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account signups, retention and renewal
  • Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage

  • Some level of experience as a sales- or customer-service agent preferable
  • Ideally some online marketing or SEO experience
  • Finished vocational training or finished university education are not required but a plus
  • Healthy self-esteem, motivation, as well as a high level of empathy to support different kinds of customers
  • You are eloquent and know how to talk to different customers to maintain a high level business conversation
  • Your work is structured and precise, and you offer a high amount of motivation
  • You are an open and communicative person, and work well as part of a team
  • You can handle stressful situations
  • Proficient in German and English
